Tenure Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Delivery Speed: Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes approximately 8 to 14 business days.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package has been scanned into the carrier network.

VIP Rebill Fulfillment Schedule

When enrolled in the VIP Rebill Matrix, orders are automatically packed and fulfilled according to your selected supply tier:

  • 1-Month Supply (1 Bottle): 1 bottle is shipped every 28 days.

  • 2-Month Supply (2 Bottles): 2 bottles are shipped every 56 days.

  • 3-Month Supply (3 Bottles): 3 bottles are shipped every 84 days.

All recurring shipments renew and dispatch automatically unless cancelled at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.

Shipping Address Updates

To ensure timely arrival, verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address for an upcoming autoship delivery, contact customer support at least 3 business days before your next scheduled charge. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, check around your delivery area and confirm with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, or if items arrive damaged during transit, reach out to customer support within 7 business days of delivery.
