1. Overview

This website is operated by Quantum MS LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Quantum MS LLC and its brand, Tenure. By visiting our site and/or purchasing the Tenure Hair Reactivation System from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

2. VIP Rebill Matrix & Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription plan, you are enrolling in our VIP Rebill Matrix. You acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Depending on your selected tier at checkout, you agree to the following recurring billing cycles:

  • 1-Month Supply: You will be billed $64.99 every 28 days, and your product will ship every 28 days.

  • 2-Month Supply: You will be billed $48.50 every 28 days, and your product will ship every 56 days.

  • 3-Month Supply: You will be billed $39.99 every 28 days, and your product will ship every 84 days.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products or the VIP Rebill Matrix structures at any time, but we will provide you with advance notice of any pricing changes that affect your active subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VIP Rebill Matrix subscription at any time. To cancel your ongoing subscription, you must call our customer support team directly at +1 (701) 829-5167.

Cancellations must be requested and confirmed over the phone at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. If you do not cancel at least 3 business days before the next cycle, your payment method will be charged for the upcoming period, and your cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.

4. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Returns We offer a "New Hair in 90 days or full money back" guarantee. To qualify for this guarantee, you must use the Tenure system as directed for the full 90-day period. If you do not see satisfactory results after the 90-day protocol, you may contact us to initiate a refund.

For non-guarantee returns, we accept returns of new, unopened, and sealed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for recurring subscription charges that were processed due to a failure to cancel within the required 3-business-day window.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer

The Tenure Hair Reactivation System is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary by individual. Quantum MS LLC shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, lack of results, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
